F&Q

How is this different from a human hairdryer?

Human hairdryers rely on high heat, which can easily burn a pet's sensitive skin. The PD10 Force Dryer uses high-velocity airflow (up to 120m/s) to "blast" water away from the skin and undercoat. It dries faster and safer by using air pressure rather than extreme heat.

Is the wind too strong for small cats or dogs?

Not at all. The PD10 features 99-level stepless speed control. You can start at Level 1 for a very gentle breeze—perfect for acclimating kittens or sensitive pets—and gradually increase the power as they become comfortable.

Will the noise scare my pet?

While force dryers are naturally powerful, the PD10 is built with noise-reduction technology. At lower speeds, it operates at just 43dB. We recommend starting at the lowest setting and keeping the nozzle away from the ears initially to help your pet adjust to the sound.

Does it get too hot?

The PD10 is designed for pet safety. It has intelligent temperature control to ensure the air stays at a safe, consistent level. You can toggle between warm and hot modes, or use no heat at all, depending on your pet's needs and the room temperature.

Can it help with shedding?

Yes! The high-velocity air is excellent for blowing out loose fur and dander from the undercoat. Using the PD10 regularly can significantly reduce the amount of fur you find around your home.

Which nozzle should I use?

Narrow Nozzle: Best for thick, heavy coats or "blasting" water off wet paws.

Wide Nozzle: Best for general body drying on medium-to-large dogs.

Elbow/Coanda Nozzle: Best for a gentler, smoothing effect and for pets that are new to force drying.

Is the hose difficult to handle?
