As the official distributor in Malaysia, we provide a Local Manufacturer Warranty on electronic components for specific products.

  • The warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, or "acts of God."

  • We are not liable for any health issues your pet may experience that are unrelated to a confirmed mechanical defect of the product.
